Heritage Hills Golf Club Barrie is one of Barrie’s finest new Golf courses. Designed by Rene Mulyeart, one of Ontario’s renowned designers, Heritage Hills is a 6,800 yard championship facility that will keep you coming back for more.
Utilizing the natural topography, the first six holes are carved out of the natural bush. Holes 7 & 8 are both dissected by a breathtaking ravine that provides elevation challenges for every Golfer. The 9th and 10th also run along the side of the ravine, keeping the pressure on players to hit straight down the fairway. The 11th hole once again brings the challenge of crossing the ravine. The 12th, a 560 yard par 5, will test any Golfer’s merit, as it has a large pond to the left that extends from the tee to green. Holes 13 through 16 have a links style look to them. The 17th requires you to hit your first shot to the edge of a crevasse that drops 25 feet to a creek below. The second shot will test how well you know your irons... too short and you’re on the side of the hill or in the ravine... too long and you’re in a treed prison. Hole 18 will remind you of Myrtle Beach with its tall white pines that line the fairway at the Heritage Hills Golf Club.
