Welcome to The Hibiscus House Bed and Breakfast nestled between the Edison-Ford Winter Estate and the Old Fort Myers Downtown area. It is within walking distance to the Caloosahatchee River, Centennial Park and many fine restaurants.The Boston Red Sox spring training facility and the City of Palms Park are also close by. Day trips may include Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva Islands, or the Everglades. The Inn has off-street parking, a handicap accessible suite with ramp, and central air conditioning. The Hibiscus House welcomes well supervised children 5 years and older, and is a non smoking facility.
Leslie and Bill Seiden, resident innkeepers, bring over 25 years of hospitality experience from Long Island, New York. They have given the Inn a new signature look while maintaining the charm of this 1912 homestead that is flanked by a fourteen mile palm lined boulevard.
Leslie is a professional chef and previously owned and operated the catering company A Moveable Feast, which served the Hamptons and New York City. She and Bill also ran a charter yacht in the Caribbean as captain and chef. Bill is an experienced captain and remains active in the local yachting community.
