St Boniface Down provides a wooded backdrop to the house, which also has a view over the town and sea glimpses to the back. The town of Ventnor is only 50 metres away and the sea and coastal path is a 5 minute walk.
The rooms at Hill House Guest House are tastefully furnished to reflect a bygone age, but equipped with modern en-suite or private conveniences.

It is frequently chosen as their favourite room by our regular guests, because it has a very relaxing and ?home from home? atmosphere. The twin room also looks out over St. Boniface Down and has a double and a single bed. Its dedicated shower room is located just opposite. The family room looks out over the town and has sea glimpses. Flooded with sunlight during the day, it has a double and two single beds and an en-suite shower room.
