Welcome to Hills Photography, Victoria, TX, United States. Photographer James Craig Hill, a native of Houston, and his wife, Yelena, of Moscow, Russia, are Hills Photography. James received his Master of Photography degree in 2002 from the People's University of the Arts in Moscow, where he studied under Alexander Degtyaryov, a well-known Russian photographer, documentary film maker and author. James Craig Hill has worked as a free lance photographer both overseas and in the United States. Yelena is the brain behind the business side of Hills Photography, and quite possibly the best photographic assistant ever! James is a member of Wedding and Portrait Photographers International.
