Surrounded by fields and olive groves, since 1973 it has evolved into an elegant Hotel, paying homage to its gracious Elban farming roots and enduring Elban historic legacy. The property extends to the sea, where a XVIII century old wall used to protect vignards and olive trees from the sea winds force and now stands as a privacy wall to the beach.

Most of the guest rooms at the Hotel Fabricia have a private balcony or a private independent access to the Hotel park. All the top floor guest rooms enjoy a spectacular view of the entire gulf of Portoferraio, overlooking the XVI century Medici fortresses and the XIII century Mount Volterraio castle. Detached from the main Hotel body, three special rooms have a sheltered private front yard resting on the beach's XVIII century wall.
