The subway-stations  Kurfürstendamm, Zoo (also national railway) and Uhlandstrasse are all within a short walking-distance. Also there are very good traffic-connections leading to the airport Tegel (Bus 109), Tempelhof (Bus 119) and Schönefeld (S 9 to Zoo).
