Near the town of Chania, just 14 kilometers to the north, lies the sea-side village of Stavros in the area called Akrotiri. Stavros is world-famous for being the filming location of the critically acclaimed movie "Zorba The Greek" which was based on the novel "Alexis Zorbas" by Nikos Kazantzakis.



Hotel Zorbas, named after the hero of the novel, is just a few meters from a small sandy beach in 3000 sq.m. of private land.

The swimming pool and surrounding deck area are about 1000 sq.m. there are deck chairs and umbrellas where guests can enjoy their beverage or snack and the sunshine.



Apart from the pool, swimming and watersports await our guests a few meters from the Hotel at the small sandy beach with crystal clear water.
