Welcome to Huntaway Lodge where we invite you to experience the unique opportunity of staying with us. The Lodge provides fantastic rural homestay accomodation in our traditionally built log home which is only 25 km north of Wellington, the capital of New Zealand.
You are able to enjoy a full cooked breakfast (included in the price), and a full three course meal (optional extra).
After dinner, you can relax infront of a large open fire place dressed in quarried stone, enjoy drinks, watch movies, SKY Satellite TV or doze off with a hot cocoa. Then retire to a neutrally decorated bedroom with queen size bed and crisp fresh linen.
To the north from the decks off the kitchen, dining and bedrooms you can look up the valley. To the west, fantastic views over Pauatahanui Inlet, Mana Island, with the not to be missed nightly sunsets over the Kaikoura Ranges of the South Island.
