The guest suites at The Inn at Erlowest are spacious rooms that are adorned with antiques, and are like no other guest rooms in the Lake George region. King size beds, spacious bathrooms, fireplaces and hardwood floors are to be found in each of the second floor suites. The names of our uniquely decorated rooms are drawn from the 12 foot tall, 100 year old stained glass window that welcomes you up the main staircase of our bed and breakfast.

The Inn at Erlowest offers four dining rooms. The largest of these is named for Edward Morse Shepard, the builder of the Inn. This room will accommodate up to 25 guests. The Peabody dining room, decorated in a green theme will accommodate 16 persons. The Wood room is a private dining area that seats up to 10 guests. All dining rooms at The Inn at Erlowest can be separated for private dInners and functions. The Chef's Table is directly off the kitchen. Here there is a menu created specifically for you by our Chef, before your eyes. This fabulous service ranges from 8 to 12 courses. This is a dining experience for true gourmands.

A handsome stone castle built in 1898 by E M Shepard, the Inn has been graciously restored to its grandeur of the era.
