The Ipswich Library has two study rooms that are available for hire. The study rooms are suitable for regular group meetings and study. Bookings are dealt with on a first come, first served basis or can be booked in advance. The first level provides individual study carrels and reading areas are located on both the ground and first levels. A water fountain and public toilets are located within the centre on the ground floor and level 1.

The Ipswich Library, Ipswich AU is open from on Mondays and Tuesdays from 9am- 5pm and Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9am - 8pm.
