Our unique menu offers French and Continental cuisine, seafood and an exceptional wine selection for every meal prepared by Chef/Owner Denis Meurgue, recently named one of the top ten chefs in South Florida by The South Florida Gourmet.
Chef Meurgue, born in France, arrived recently in Marco Island from The Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables, Florida. His career started in France but an opportunity with Club Mediterraneé, where he met his wife, Lisa, brought him to many exotic locations including Martinique and Greece. Upon his arrival in the United States, he worked in Chicago's Le Perroquet and La Boheme in Winnetka, Illinois. Many career advancement opportunities followed bringing he and his family to the British Virgin Islands, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Ireland. Denis has a reputation as a chef as comfortable in the traditions of classic French cuisine as in the regional dishes of the many countries where has worked.
