Welcome to the Ivy Bank Bed and Breakfast in Windermere, England, United Kingdom. We fell in love with Ivy Bank the first time we saw it and we hope you will feel the same. Since 1996 - 100 years after the house was built - we have had the pleasure of welcoming people from all over the world into our home.
We try to provide an informal and relaxing atmosphere as a base for what ever activities you wish to pursue. If you would like to experience the enchanting scenery of the English Lake District & the breathtaking Cumbrian fells, then Windermere is an ideal base. It's easy to get to the Yorkshire Dales and even Hadrian's Wall too.
The Ivy Bank Bed and Breakfast has 5 individually decorated rooms and all are en-suite with showers. Rooms 1 and 2 are larger than the standard en-suites and have more luxurious furnishings, comfy sofa and a DVD player.
Sue is a qualified Sports and Remedial Masseuse and Aromatherapist and can offer these treatments in the afternoons and evenings. Each client is given a full consultation and specially selected oils are chosen to suit. Booking in advance is advisable to avoid disappointment.
