Our established head chef Richard Hilson trained with Michael Caines at Gidleigh Park and went on from there to the Royal Clarence, and more recently ran a large Brasserie style operation on the beach near Bournemouth and will continue to use Devon's finest produce.
With fresh locally caught fish, meats and cheeses, personally selected by him, our customers can look forward to food cooked to perfection and enjoy a well thought out wine list to compliment the food.
