Jimbo's Traditional Manx Dairy Ice Cream in Ballasalla on the Isle of Man is now located in the historic Cregg Mill in the Silverdale Glen, by converting a former flour mill into an ice cream production facility, and visitors can watch the whole process involved in ice cream making from the viewing gallery. They also offer a guided tour which includes a DVD following the process from the milking of the cows right through to the delivery of the Max Milk and cream to their doorstep, and you can watch the process and end result from the viewing platform. Jimbo's Traditional Manx Dairy Ice Cream is currently converting to renewable energy for carbon neutral production, and their ice creams with distinctive creamy taste will now be eco friendly, all fabulous 24 flavours are available in retail and catering packs, they also have ice cream vans and trailer units which take the ice cream to indoor and outdoor events across the island. Vans sell selections of hand made ice creams in whippy or scoop varieties, and there's a range of lollies and cold drinks, they also have ice cream cones, basic wafer and exotic chocolate waffle available in their extensive range with ripple sauces and dips, just sublime.
