Johanna Seaside Cottages is a unique coastal property located just off the Great Ocean Road. Nestled in the heart of the Great Ocean Road between the Otway National Park and Johanna Beach in Victoria in Australia, the property offers spectacular views of the Southern Ocean, lush river flats, undulating hills and bushland.

Close to the world famous Twelve Apostles, Johanna Seaside Cottages makes a perfect base in Johanna from which to experience the many attractions and activities available in the area.

With seven Cottages to choose from, the accredited and award winning accommodation offers something for everyone, from couples who are searching for seclusion, to groups and families looking for diversity. The Cottages are individually located in private surrounds and offer a truly relaxing, personal and peaceful experience.

The accommodation, as featured on 'Coxy's Big Break', 'Postcards' and 'Getaway' comprises two architecturally designed Cottages, four beach Cottages and an authentic Farmhouse. Enjoy comfortable king size beds featuring Laura Ashley bed linen, fully equipped gourmet kitchens, indulge in a massage in the comfort of your own cottage, relax in the spa or curl up by the roaring fire with a great book or DVD from the extensive library. For the more active, there is an indoor heated swimming pool and extensive walking tracks.
Nestled in the sand dunes, the Cottages offer prime views of the rugged coastline, lush river flats, undulating hills and bushland. The Cottages were designed with privacy in mind, so each cottage is strategically placed to ensure a sense of seclusion, peace and tranquillity.

All Cottages are fully self contained and have all of the standard features plus a great deal more. Features include very well equipped kitchens, wood fires, spa baths, reverse cycle heating and air conditioning, king size beds and fenced yards.

All of our Cottages are dog friendly, so you can bring the whole family with you to enjoy all that Johanna Seaside Cottages and the Great Ocean Road region has to offer.

Our 260 hectare property has plenty of space for dogs to run around and you are also able to take your dog on to beautiful Johanna beach. Because the beach is part of the Otway National Park, you will need to have your dog on a lead when on the beach. This is to protect the area's native flora & fauna.

All of our Cottages have fully fenced areas ideal for dogs. Four legged friends are most welcome inside the Cottages and we also provide a kennel, doggie sheets and doggie bowls at each.
