Kilnfield Self Catering in Dartmouth, Devon, United Kingdom, is a large family house set in beautiful grounds overlooking Old Mill Creek, one of the many backwaters of the River Dart. The sloping gardens are full of trees and shrubs and adjoin the neighbouring woodlands. There are lovely walks along the river banks and through the surrounding countryside. Dartmouth, Devon, town centre is only a mile distant, and there are local shops nearby. Blackpool Sands, one of the country's best beaches, is just a couple of miles away.
Kilnfield Self Catering is a large house sleeping up to seven people, with ample off-road parking. The main rooms in the house (the lounge, dining room and kitchen/breakfast room) are on the upper floor and all enjoy magnificent views over the creek, woods and fields.
Kilnfield Self Catering is comfortably furnished and equipped; the kitchen contains a double electric oven, together with a separate electric hob, microwave oven, dishwasher and refrigerator. There is a colour TV and video in the lounge. Outside in the garden is a utility building with a washing machine, tumble dryer, steam iron and table-top freezer.
There are two twin bedrooms on the lower floor (one with en-suite bathroom), a shower room with basin and toilet, and a further cloakroom/toilet. The third (large) bedroom on the upper floor is equipped with three single beds. Next to this is a second shower room with basin and toilet.
