Kingfish Courts in Port Aransas, Nueces County, United States | Cottages

Kingfish Courts, as our Cottages are known, were family built in the 1970s in Port Aransas, Texas in the United States, and have been family owned and operated ever since. Owners are T.C. and Shirley Nixon, life long Port Aransas, Texas, residents.
Part of the charm of the Kingfish Courts is one of T.C.'s passions. He raises exotic and some not-so-exotic birds (chickens) right on site. These include indian blue peacocks, white peacocks, malaysian fireback pheasants, kenyan guinea fowl, lady amherst, golden and silver pheasants, and several macaws. So, needless to say, pets are allowed.
Children are, too. The Kingfish Courts recently added a lovely playyard for the
children of guests and their seven grandchildren to enjoy.
T.C. and Shirley both grew up doing a lot of fishing, so they've made sure to accommodate fishermen and to provide a place for boat parking. There is a fish house near the front of the property fully equipped to prepare your catch for cooking.
Regular guests say that the best part of Kingfish Courts is the hospitality, the short walk to the beach.
Cottages are individual units with one private bedroom, one bathroom, and room to sleep up to six.
Each cottage is fully furnished and equipped to stay a weekend or the whole winter.
Cottages are always neat and clean and your hosts, T.C. and Shirley are always on site if you are in need of something extra.
