Welcome to the Kona Village Resort in Hawaii, United States. The 82 oceanfront acres boasts three distinct geological zones that are called “Sand,” “Lava,” and “Lagoon.” Within each zone is a variety of unique, individual thatched roof bungalows, locally called hale (ha-lay). Each is cooled by tropical trade winds and interior ceiling fans, is generously sized and includes thoughtful in-room amenities. A coconut placed outside your door is our Hawaiian-style way of saying “Do Not Disturb.”
The hale categories at the Kone Village Resort are differentiated by location and view. The categories begin with a Standard hale that has garden views and run up to the Royal category located on the oceanfront. Our accommodation rates include three island inspired meals per person per day.
Each day is unique at Kona Village Resort, Hawaai. The highlight of your Hawaiian village experience is the award-winning Aha’aina, or luau banquet, an authentic legendary luau at Hale Ho’okipa celebrated on Wednesday and Friday nights. Complete with a Polynesian show, it boasts to be one of the very best in the islands. Timeless traditions can also be found on Tuesday Paniolo Night, which includes food, music, and songs, by Big Island’s Hawaiian cowboys.
Hale Moana provides Kona Village guests with oceanfront dining for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Early risers can select from a buffet of traditional and creative morning favorites or opt for our tempting a la carte menu.
