The La Bandiera Restaurant in Pescara (Italy) born on 1977 thanks to the in initiative of Mrs. Anna D'Andrea which, come back to Civitella Casanova from Rome after 20 years of working experience as cook, she tooks the decision to transform an old tobacconist's in a Restaurant, at that time the only one refreshment-point around a range of tens kilometers between the wonderful hills situated in the Pescara province.

Today the family tradition is still going on thanks to the work of her son, Marcello Spadone, pratically grown up in the kitchen at the side of his mother, he has attended the Civitella Casanova Hotel Institute, and has "improved" his skill by the several stages carried out in the most important italian Restaurants.
