Higher class (probably the best Restaurant in all New Caledonia), great decor and excellent French cuisine.
A simple but very precise carte and one full course menu at resonable prices considering the quality and volume.
The oyters are well chosen and properly served. The crab cannelonis have to be sampled. The lobster is an experience. The confit de canard is so traditional and the desserts a class of their own.
Expensive but extensive and sensible wine list with a few rarities kept in two different cellars.
