We at Laconia Athletic & Swim Club are very proud of the programs and the professionalism we have to offer you as you move closer towards incorporating fitness into your life. We look forward to assisting you with your fitness goals in a comfortable, friendly and nurturing environment.

It is our intention to create a space where Laconia Athletic & Swim Club members and the local community can enjoy, and be exposed to, a variety of yoga styles, through ongoing classes, 6-8 week sessions and special workshops.

In addition to the many programs included in your membership, Laconia Athletic & Swim Club, Laconia also offers special programs to our members. All of our special programs are available to non members in blocks or sessions.

2 spacious fitness class studios Widest variety of fitness classes including: Body Pump, Body Step, Body Jam, Spinning, Aqua Aerobics, Yoga for all levels, Pilates Mat, Reformer & Stability chair workouts.
