Laguna D'zur International is Burrill Lake's first established Restaurant. It has been opened and established by International award Chef Kaibil Velazquez.
Kaibil has been influenced and maintains contact with worldwide renown Chefs and Australia's master Chefs. He has been chosen to be part of elite reputable award winning brigades like Palazzo Versace, Lynch's (Australia's only Restaurant to receive the Michelin gold statue), Simply French, Pieros Crown Casino amougst many other fine dining establishments.
His extensive study in culinary education at an international level, allows the input to Laguna Dâ??zur's fine dining fusion menu. The menu offers multi cultural cuisine with exceptional attention to detail and true unique elements to fine dining. Laguna Dâ??zur uses and supports all local produce.
