Welcome to The Lake View Hotel in Llanberis, Wales, United Kingdom. The Lake View Hotel is appropriately named, its bedrooms opening onto a panorama of the vast lake, with the dramatic landscapes of Mount Snowdon as a backdrop.
All the bedrooms are located on the 1st floor, and access is by the original staircases which are narrow and (comparatively) steep. Therefore, and unfortunately, access by wheelchair is impossible.
Access to the ground floor residents' bar and restaurant areas by wheelchair has been classified as 'possible with assistance'. Obviously, the staff members are trained and pleased to provide the necessary assistance whenever required.
The Lake View Restaurant opens all year round from 11.00 a.m. to 9.00 p.m. every day.
There is ample space for 40+ diners who are offered a wide menu of home-cooked dishes, including vegetarian, dairy- and gluten-free, and a well-stocked bar serving bottled and draught beers, ciders, wines from around the world and soft drinks.
