Las Casitas Assisted Living is a 17-bed Assisted Living facility located in Burbank, California in the United States. We cater to seniors that need assistance with their activities of daily living. Las Casitas Assisted Living can provide more individual attention than the large Assisted Living facilities, but allows more privacy than small assisted-living homes that occupy five or six seniors.

Each of the meals are prepared by an in-house chef three times a day. Snacks are also provided throughout the day. Because of Las Casitas Assisted Living's small size, the Assisted Living facility provides individual attention to seniors in need. Las Casitas Assisted Living also caters to prescribed diets. The in-house chef can also provide for individual tastes and desires.
Our vision for Las Casitas Assisted Living Facility in Burbank, California, was to develop and establish a facility that looked and felt like "home".
Our facility accommodates 15 residents. We purposely chose this number as it allows us to provide excellent care and individual attention to each and every resident.
Sheila Gonzalez is the owner and Licensee of Las Casitas Assisted Living. Along with her husband Dr. Gonzalez, has been working in the medical field for almost 25 years. Dr. Gonzalez is a primary care physician and I am a Registered Nurse.
With our experience in the health industry, we realize that each individual is unique and has their own likes and dislikes. We cater to each individual and accomodate for each of their own individuality.
In summary, we wanted Las Casitas Assisted Living to be a place that we can someday spend our golden years.
