The location is to the north of the town centre, not far from the Suncastle and northern bowling green and beaches. The residential area is quiet and well away from the noise of late night entertainment. The North Shore Golf Course is just at the end of the road, so we are ideal for golfing enthusiasts. We hold a Gold Food Award, relating to the food quality and our strict No Smoking policy.

We offer quality bed and breakfast (with the added option of room only) accommodation. We do not cater for evening meals (there are an abundance of venues of a wide variety of cuisine locally), but provide snacks upon request. We are not licensed for alcoholic beverages.

All bedrooms at Lazydays Guest House, Skegness, have TV, tea and coffee making facilities (which are replenished daily). The Guest House is centrally heated throughout. Ironing facilities are available on request. Car Parking is available at the front of the property.
