The Restaurant was created in March 1992, the idea first was to propose a simple kitchen around high-class wines at low prices. Almost fourteen years after things have somewhat evolved, the kitchen followed the evolution of time and the wishes of my customers, petitioning on a more refined kitchen. For many years being presented in all the gastronomical guides like Michelin, Gault and Millau, Guide of Routard, Champerard, guide Gantié etc... The philosophy of the wines did not change, always high-class wines at low prices, permanent discoveries, good values of the large vineyards of France and besides, and always a policy: tight and right prices so that our high-class wines do not remain in the cellars, but finish well in our glasses!!! Moreover another evolution, we develop more and more the formulas of wines with glasses for the greatest happiness of our guests.
