The Lexington Country Club course features wide and slightly undulating fairways. The undulation on the greens vary from hole to hole. Typically, the longer and more difficult holes will have large and flat greens. Whereas short holes will have small, and severely undulating greens. Water hazards come into play on seventeen holes. There are also eighty-eight sand bunkers on the course.
The signature hole is #13, a 576-yard, par 5, featuring a double dogleg fairway lined with sand bunkers and requiring an approach shot over water to the green.
