The Lexington Country Club course features wide and slightly undulating fairways. The undulation on the greens vary from hole to hole. Typically, the longer and more difficult holes will have large and flat greens. Whereas short holes will have small, and severely undulating greens. Water hazards come into play on seventeen holes. There are also eighty-eight sand bunkers on the course.
The signature hole is #13, a 576-yard, par 5, featuring a double dogleg fairway lined with sand bunkers and requiring an approach shot over water to the green. This hole tempts many Golfers to "get on" in two shots, but accuracy is a must if you wish to accomplish this feat. Forward tees measure 4,603 yards with a course ladies' course rating of 66.3 and a slope of 110.
