Lilac Cottage is adjoining Chestnut Cottage in Wadebridge on the Farm.
It is a single storey building built in Cornish stone and slate, with patio doors leading onto a wide lawn, surrounded by trees, allowing greater privacy.

There are two bedrooms one with a double bed and one with twin beds each having handbasins and convector heaters.

There is a bathroom with wc, hand basin and a shower over the bath.

The living area is open plan with a lounge and well equipped kitchen/diner. The kitchen has washing machine, tumble drier, microwave and dishwasher, plus an electric oven and hob. Iron and ironing board. Dining table and chairs.

Heating is by storage heaters and electric convector heaters.
