During his career Tom has been employed as Catering Director for a high class 100 bed hotel and has run his own highly successful country restaurant. Tom is dedicated to customer satisfaction, quality food and demands the same from those who work with him.
Tom moved to Aberystwyth to take over the running of Little Italy and is determined that all of his customers enjoy the unique atmosphere, good Italian food and good service that are his trademarks.
