On 1 April 2006 Inspire Leisure formally took over the operation of the Littlehampton Swimming & Sports Centre, United Kingdom, Windmill Entertainment Complex and a host of other leisure and sports facilities. In addition, Inspire Leisure will manage the Arun Leisure Centre under a partnership agreement with West Sussex County Council.

Inspire Leisure has inherited a well established customer base with a membership scheme that exceeds 24,000 valued members. As a non-profit distributing organisation (NPDO), Inspire Leisure will re-invest operating surpluses back into the organisation to the benefit of both customers and the local community.

Littlehampton Swimming & Sports Centre, United Kingdom, was once again awarded Distinction for the STAmark, a Quality Award to help Swim Schools improve quality of service standards and to recognise good industry practice.
