Welcome to Lymington Infant School, Lymington, United Kingdom. At Lymington Infant School we are very proud of our magnificent building, opened in March 1992. Its design incorporates many interesting features which enable us to offer the children a wide variety of stimulating educational experiences.
We have a wildlife area where children can discover the delights of nature, a music and drama room for expressive arts, cookery bay in which they enjoy the beginnings of practical math's and science, a hall with apparatus for their physical development, patios for outdoor work and a library to foster the joys for reading. We have close links with the Church and encourage the children's spiritual development. All this is in addition to the normal classroom provision.
History. The Lymington Infant School was formerly housed in one building on the North side of School Lane in the town centre. The building, now the St Barbe Museum, dates from 1835.
