The Manostalla Villa Chiarelli Farm is an early 18th century antique "baglio". It once belonged to the Jesuit Fathers who used it for praying on the Manostalla estate which belonged to the Chiarelli Rossetti Barons of Pietralonga. Set in the stunning landscape of the Gulf of Castellammare, the Manostalla Villa Chiarelli Farm offers a holiday in one of the most suggestive and representative settings of rural Sicily. It lies within easy reach of places of rare beauty and archaeological interest such as the Zingaro Natural Reserve, Segesta's Archaeology Park, Balestrate's beach and is just 50km from the "fasti" (traditional events) held at Erice, Palermo, Monreale in Italy.
The Manostalla Villa Chiarelli Farm offers meals mainly using its own products such as oil, milk, cheese, ricotta, vegetables as well as home-reared meats, prepared using the families antique traditional recipes. Enjoy freshly picked grapes from the estate or savour the much acclaimed Alcamo white wine in the lovely Palermo, Italy.
