The living room has hardwood floors, single sleeper, a wet bar, Cable TV with HBO, surround sound, DVD, and full stereo system, and a wood-burning stove. The large, bright kitchen has a gas range and eat-in dining set. The large back bedroom has tile floors, a piano, desk/computer work area, satellite TV, and queen bed. The front bedroom has a double bed, and opens up to the deck and 6-person hot tub. The bathroom has shower only. This home has high-speed Internet access.

Grounds: Located on several acres in Guerneville, Mays Canyon Retreat is surrounded by redwoods, apple trees, and a small fish pond. The deck has comfortable seating, redwood picnic table and gas barbeque with rotisserie. There is a stone patio with fire pit. A fairy grove of redwoods with terra cotta tile floors provides a cool place to sit during the hot California afternoons. Pets welcome.
