This 4500 square foot, two story cape cod style home is situated on one and a half acres of manicured gardens, complete with a luxurious in ground pool. The home features four spacious bedrooms, three baths, fully equipped kitchen, formal dining and living rooms, sunroom, and a relaxing family room.
McPhillips House is located just two blocks from main street in Niagara on the Lake, and across from Lake Ontario - parks, bike trails, golf, shopping and restaurants are just a short walk away. Enjoy the Shaw Theatre, a romantic carriage ride, Niagara Falls, the casino, and many more activities only a short drive away.
Imagine packing the kids into the car, with just the clothing you will need while away, and that?s it. McPhillips House is fully equipped for children.
Our four spacious bedrooms can sleep far more than just the beds within them. The master bedroom features a king bed, a single bed, a full size couch, a love seat, and can still easily fit two fold-out cots found in the closet. Bedroom two features a king sized bed. The third bedroom, known as the ?kids room? has two single beds, which can be put together to make another king sized bed. The fourth bedroom, located on the main floor, features a king sized bed, and can easily accommodate additional cots or blow up mattress for those extra guests.
For anyone who has ever rented a weekly vacation home before, you may have dreaded the task of packing your entire kitchen up with you. At the McPhillips House, we have taken the hassle out of meal preparation, by stocking our pantry for you.
On your way into town, stop at the local grocery store to pick up any perishables you may want. But at home, you will find everything else you need. Whether it is peanut butter for your little ones? sandwich, ketchup for that burger, spices for your favorite dish, or oil to saute those mushrooms, we have it.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the conveniences you could need, including a microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, and cooking utensils. Don?t feel like cooking? There are more than a dozen restaurants within walking distance, and dozens more just a short drive away.
