Meridale Guest House is a three storey Victorian property with six en-suite rooms situated on the seafront at  Eastbourne UK in the United Kingdom.  It offers the perfect place for relaxation yet is within easy reach of  Eastbourne UK’s amenities and is open all year round.

Owners Jane Bradley and David Hastings assure their guests of a warm welcome and caring, flexible attitude at  Meridale Guest House.

We have 6 well equipped en-suite rooms. 3 double rooms, 1 twin room & 2 family rooms,  some of which afford superb sea views.

In the mornings you can look forward to a hearty English breakfast, or lighter option, served in the attractive dining room of Meridale Guest House.

There is ample parking at Meridale Guest House and children are welcome.   We are open all year round.

Whether you’re a seasoned hiker walking the South Downs Way or occasional walker wanting something less strenuous,  Eastbourne UK something to suit everyone, whatever your energy levels.

The 3 mile promenade will take you in one direction to Holywell, where you can either begin the long climb up to Beachy Head leading to miles of beautiful downland, or take the lower path by the sea. Walking in the other direction will take you to the marina at Sovereign Harbour.

Being keen walkers ourselves we are always willing to offer suggestions for walks, discuss routes or help with public transport times/taxi arrangements.

Cyclists are welcome to park bikes, at their own risk, in our locked, gated back yard.
