Welcome to Middle Brook Bed & Breakfast.   We are centrally located forty minutes south of Cooperstown, one-hour southwest of Albany, one-hour northeast of Binghamton and three-and-a-half hours northwest of New York City in the United States.
At  Middle Brook Bed & Breakfast  you can enjoy life's simple pleasures.  Rise in the mornings to a wonderful homemade breakfast served in our warm and inviting dining room.  Please inform us of any special needs or food allergies
Enjoy observing wildlife in their natural habitat, as well as our resident ducks, and goose family, Great Blue Heron, and two bald eagles that frequent us as our most recent guests.  Retire in the evenings after an intimate soak in the hot tub, or take a swim in the solar heated swimming pool.

Because our Golden Retriever, PJ, owns the home, we cannot accept pets.   Smoking is permitted outdoors only.   Well behaved children are welcome.   Special arrangements may be made.
