People have been enjoying ice-cream made by Mieles of Forres, Scotland, since 1930.

Mieles of Forres, can be found at 28 High Street, Forres, where they have been making their traditional Dairy Ice-Cream for over 70 years. Mieles of Forres, are still making ice-cream to the original recipe created by the present generation's grandfather.

Although the premises have changed over the years, their aim is to build on a tradition, which now spans three generations and continue in giving our customers the quality product and friendly service that they have grown accustomed to.

Mieles of Forres,use only natural ingredients in the manufacture of their Dairy Ice-Cream which creates an excellent taste every time. They use locally produced fresh milk as a base for their famous Vanilla flavour and our range of flavours is continually changing. They even create flavours for special events like Champagne flavour and Scotland Blue.   In all at present, they offer a choice of 34 flavours.

Mieles of Forres,also make their own Ice-Cream Cakes for all occasions, for the Year 2000 they made The Miele-inium Dome Dessert!
