Jack and Claire Miller opened the first Ale House Restaurant in Jupiter, Florida in 1988. This successful casual-dining Restaurant chain attracts customers from all walks of life by offering great food and drinks at an incredible value. The chain has grown steadily, but conservatively, with a total of 38 Restaurants in Florida as of January 2006.
Since its inception, the Ale House has continued to develop into a classic Restaurant success story, to include in January 2002 being named as one of Nation's Restaurant News' "Regional Powerhouse Chains".
