Mjolfjell Inn and Youth Hostel is situated close to the Bergen Railway, at the uppermost point of the Raundalen Valley. A modern thoroughfare from Voss, Norway will bring you to our front door, where the historic construction road, built to build the railway at the beginning of the century known as the "Rallar" road begins.
This road today is a picturesqe mountain path, forming a spectacular gateway to the Hardangervidda mountain plateau, popular for both summer and winter activities.
Our "own" railway station, "Orneberget" is only 300 m away from the Hostel. A ten minutes train ride from here will take you to the Flåm Valley, one of Norway´s most popular tourist attractions.
Mjolfjell Inn and Youth Hostel maintains a high standard with a total of 40 beds in rooms accomodating two to four people.
It is guest kitchen and it is 6 km to shop at Mjolfjell.
Our "Mountain Lodge" contains 19 double/family rooms, each with ensuite bathroom and offering full accessability to wheelchair users.

We produce our own electricity at our own power station at the Raundal river. We have our own ski-tow in winter-time and a heated outdoor swimmingpool in summer-time. Our riding school is an added attraction during school summer holidays.
