Molen de Traanroeier in Oudeschild, Texel, Netherlands is a working grain Mill, come for a fascinating visit and discover how you grind grain with a windMill. Built all the way back in 1727, and today run by a team of volunteer Millers who regularly run the Mill, visitors can buy some of the flour of the Mill which is sold in the Museum Kaap Sil, it is processed into bread and cake on the island. Molen de Traanroeier is a wonderful attraction, and an exhibition about the operation and history of the Mill can be seen in De Traanroeier, it is a part of the museum and accessible free of charge outside the museum.
