Located in the heart of Florence, between the Strozzi palace and Santa Maria Novella, Moretti Art Gallery was opened to the public of great collectors on 26 September 1999 with the inaugural exhibition, Da Bernardo Daddi a Giorgio Vasari. It was from that point on that the gallery was recognized for its specialization in gold ground painting, mostly from Tuscany.
Moretti Art Gallery is present at the most prestigious art and antiques fairs in Europe and the United States.
President of Moretti Art Gallery, Firenze - Fabrizio Moretti he is an advisor to the Italian Federation of Art Dealers and a member of the Antique Association of Italy and the National Syndicate of French Antiquaries.
Director Gabriele Caioni, graduated with a degree in Jurisprudence from the University of Florence having written a thesis on Comparative Private Law. Mr. Caioni has worked for Moretti Gallery since 1999.
Director Flavio Gianassi, graduated from the classics high school F. Cicognini and has a degree in Jurisprudence from the University of Florence with a thesis on Comparative Private Law. Mr. Gianassi is the regional director of Moretti Fine Art Ltd. in London.
