Welcome to The Mountain Hound Lounge, Whistler, Canada. Open 7 days a week in the heart of Whistler Village, The Mountain Hound Lounge is here to meet to all of Whistler’s dog daycare, grooming & retail needs.
We are Whistler's only full-service dog grooming shop but for those who prefer to do-it-yourself, we also have a self-service bathing area with products, grooming tools, bath tub & dryer supplied.
The daycare lounge, complete with plush leather couches, a brightly painted interior and doggie toys, offers daycare on an hourly, half-day or full-day basis. Dogs are taken out regularly for pee-breaks and will be walked during the day by experienced staff members.
Many hotels in Whistler are dog-friendly but dogs are not allowed to remain in hotel rooms without their owner present. Our service allows families to go sightseeing, mountain biking or skiing all day and out for dinner, a movie, or a sleigh ride in the evening.
