Mulberry House is large tranquil period property set in an acre of high walled gardens. With peaceful veiws of Trinity Church, and the beautiful mature gardens and trees. The house is situated only a very short walk from all the local facilities of Barnstable, with ample private parking within the secluded grounds. The House was built in 1849 and was the former vicarage to Holy Trinity Church. All rooms are en-suite and furnised with unique period furniture and beds with down duvets and freshly laundered cotten linen. Sandra and Chris are well experienced at making their guests feel comfortable with 8 years of very positive comments from former guests. Breakfast can be enjoyed,with relaxing views over the gardens and church. All diets catered for, with seasonal produce as avalible from our own vegetable garden and veried breed chickens. To preserve the comfort of our guests we are a No Smoking house and are unable to accomodate children or pets. Please feel free to contact us for any other information you may require.
