Namushka Lodge has been a family owned and operated fishing Lodge since 1982 and has been welcoming guests to its pristine secluded shores of Harding Lake ever since.

Situated 33 air miles (53 km) east of Yellowknife, NWT, you will instantly get the feeling of a rustic home in the wild. Guests can enjoy fishing, canoeing, bird watching, photography, a game of horseshoes, or just kicking back to enjoy the company of family and friends in the screened-in deck or in the cozy living room around the toasty warm wood stove.

Nestled among birch, poplar, spruce and pine trees on the northern tip of pristine Harding Lake is Namushka Lodge. Harding Lake is 9.5 miles (15 km) long.

Our rustic main Lodge building consists of a do-it-yourself kitchen, a dining room / bar and a comfortable, cozy lounging area with a woodstove and a library of a variety of books. Unless special arrangements are made, guests plan their own menu, bringing and preparing their own food and refreshments.

The Lodge accommodates up to 12 guests. Cabins are equipped with bunk beds which include sleeping bags, pillows and fresh linens and are heated by propane heaters. Our wash house boasts the convenience of a modern home with flush toilets, hot and cold running water, sinks and showers.

We provide our guests with float plane transportation between Yellowknife and Namushka Lodge. Your stay includes; accommodations, hot tub, 16 foot aluminum boats, motors, gasoline, life jackets and freezer facilities. We ask that guests bring their own tackle and favorite lures. Remember to bring warm clothing, as northern evenings, though sunny, can be cool.
