Your first sigh will come as you step off the plane. The fragrant tropical air will bring goose bumps to the back of your neck. Your next sigh might come during the ride to Negril, with the first glimpse of unfettered Caribbean. And when you push open the gates of The Negril Yoga Centre you will know you are home.
Enjoy Negril's beaches, water sports, market and night life, and return to the Centre to indulge in a massage, a private Yoga class, or an hour swaying in the hammock. We welcome guest teachers or massage therapists, and have hosted workshops for small groups.
