Welcome. Pederson House was built in 1887 by a Norwegian ship builder on 3.66 acres. Historically we were a city called Prosper Village, none of which exists today. Please read our restoration story and Carl's story.
Our rooms are located upstairs, a TV and VCR are included in each room. Each room has a large private bathroom. The rooms are exquisite, romantic and cozy.
There are no additional costs for the use of our private, deep water, dock, so bring your boat, kayak, canoe or just fish and crab. Salmon season is an exciting time of the year.
You might see an occasional otter or seal swim by, Blue Herons and Osprey visit often, deer keep our flowers trimmed and sometimes raccoons sneak by at night. Across the river is a wildlife refuge. Canadian Geese visit seasonally.
