No 10 Bed & Breakfast has undergone extensive refurbishment over the last three years, offering top quality bedrooms, some en suite, for you to use as your base when heading out to explore Keswick and the surrounding Lakeland fells or just to take time out of your busy lifestyle.  Guests can also take advantage of our private car parking.

No 10 Bed & Breakfast offers you a warm welcome, personal attentive service, providing quality, cleanliness and extremely good value for money:   It’s what our previous guest’s say, why don’t you come and try it for yourself?

The rooms are decorated to Kerry’s high standards, using only quality bed linens and furniture.

All rooms at No. 10 Bed & Breakafast have,  for your comfort, TV/DVD combination with DVD’s available for guests, radio alarm clocks, magazines (including Cumbria Life), hairdryers,miniature toiletries and tea & coffee making facilities with biscuits.

No 10 Bed & Breakfast can also provide packed lunches with free flask fills and make provision for drying jackets and boots (it does rain occasionally).   No. 10 Bed & Breakfast is non smoking and we will be complying with the new regulations enforced recently.

 We have 1 twin, 2 double and one single letting room available and we recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.
