Nutcombe Barn is the largest of the three Cottages, it has a large open plan living/dining room and luxury kitchen with wonderful views from its own Juliet balcony. Self Catering - 6 People.
Nutcombe Barns' first of three double bedrooms is located on this floor. It has a limestone en-suite shower room. Down stairs have two large bedrooms the first with dressing room and large en-suite limestone shower room, French doors to terrace and courtyard garden. The second has an en-suite shower/bathroom with French doors to the terrace and courtyard garden. Access can be made from lower and upper levels.
There is a secret door between the Cider House and Nutcombe Barn linking the upstairs space if required. The two properties can thus be taken together with 5 en-suite bedrooms sleeping 9 in total. Access can be made from lower and upper levels.
Combe Martin is a lovely village with a beach and great views. There are many places to eat and drink including, The Royal Marine Pub, Pack O' Cards, Mucky Duck Restaurant, Hunters Inn, 11 The Quay- Damien Hursts restaurant and the Fox & Goose to name a few.
Just east of Combe Martin are the Hangman Hills which boast the highest cliff face in the south of England which you can reach by following the South West Coast Path. Combe Martin lies within the North Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
Nearby is the Wildlife and Dinosaur Park, a highlight when visiting England, which offers your usual Wildlife Park animals such as monkeys, wolves and lions but it also has animatronic dinosaurs.
