The Old Lantern will benefit from the expansive knowledge of its chef owner, Roland Gaujac. His background, training and specialties are traditional and provencal cuisine of France.

The Old Lantern is an 8,000 square-foot Adirondack-style post and beam structure. It's frame was relocated from its original location in Jericho, Vermont in 1962.

Now located in Charlotte's Village district, The Old Lantern has been a popular community gathering place for decades.

The Old Lantern has a stage, bar, and the largest laminated maple dance floor in the state. There are four restrooms, a commercial kitchen and room for over 300 people.
